Sure Success Canada offers a Clinical Observership Program designed to help International Medical Graduates (IMGs) gain exposure to the Canadian healthcare system while working under the supervision of experienced family physicians.
This program provides participants with an opportunity to observe clinical practice in a Canadian setting, enhance their understanding of patient care, and strengthen their residency applications for the Canadian Resident Matching Service (CaRMS).
