SURE SUCCESS CANADA – REFUND POLICY
1. Refund Policy
Once a Purchaser has received, downloaded, or otherwise accessed or utilized any digital item associated with a purchase, the right to cancel the purchase or request a refund is irrevocably forfeited.
2. Refund Processing
a. All approved refunds will be processed solely to the original method of payment used for the purchase (e.g., the specific credit card account).
b. Under no circumstances shall Sure Success Canada issue cash refunds for transactions originally processed via credit card or other electronic payment methods.
c. Only the original Purchaser is authorized to request a refund.
3. Credit for Future Services (In Lieu of Refund or Due to Non-Attendance)
We understand that circumstances may arise that prevent attendance at scheduled sessions. In such cases, a fee credit may be issued and will remain valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
4. Finality of Sales
All sales are final, and fees paid are non-refundable.
5. Modifications
Sure Success Canada reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The Refund Policy in effect at the time of purchase shall govern the transaction.
